Nobody has mastered the game of baseball and not everyone plays the game to perfection! Some players should not play baseball year-round without taking a summer or fall season to hone your skills and should be involved in a winter program, even if it is only for arm care.
All players are different and if you are making the same ‘bad habits’ in the game, you may want to attend an academy to work out any mechanical problems with hitting, pitching mechanics, etc.
